ManageOrder is an independent order management and workflow platform. It is not affiliated with any marketplace. See our Marketplace Disclaimer.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and your team's accounts.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity or fraud.
• Scrape, harvest or automatically extract data from any marketplace or third-party service.
• Share your credentials, or collect/store other people's marketplace credentials unlawfully.
• Violate the policies, terms or requirements of any marketplace or third party.
• Upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.

4. Your data

You own the operational data you enter. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use that data and that your use complies with applicable marketplace policies and laws.

5. Availability & changes

The Service may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time. We may update features, pricing or these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManageOrder is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. See our Disclaimer.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
