• Abuse, overload or interfere with any marketplace's systems or APIs.
• Commit, facilitate or attempt any fraud, deception or illegal activity.
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses or any malicious content.
• Violate the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party.
• Misrepresent your identity or falsely claim affiliation with any marketplace or with ManageOrder.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, data or systems.

Marketplace compliance

You are responsible for using the platform in a way that complies with the terms and policies of any marketplace you operate on, and with all applicable laws.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, without notice where necessary to protect users or comply with the law.
