Shipping & Delivery Policy

What we deliver

ManageOrder.in is a software service. Nothing is shipped physically — there is no courier, no tracking number and no shipping charge. What you buy is access to the online dashboard, the Chrome extension and the Android app, together with the AI listing credits included in your plan.

Delivery timeline

• Online payment (UPI / card / netbanking): access is activated immediately — normally within seconds of a successful payment, and in every case within 30 minutes.
• Manual payment (UPI QR + WhatsApp confirmation): activated once we verify the payment, usually within a few working hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST).
• Chrome extension / Android app: downloadable from this website or the Chrome Web Store at any time, free of charge.

How you receive it

Access is attached to the account you registered with. Log in with that email and the plan is already live — nothing is emailed as a file and nothing is posted to an address. A payment receipt is available inside your account and can be emailed on request.

Delivery area & currency

The service is delivered over the internet and works anywhere in India. All prices are displayed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR).

If activation does not happen
