ManageOrder.in respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we look after it.
We collect only the information necessary to provide order management, ticket tracking, return tracking, workflow management and support services:
ManageOrder.in is an independent, manual tool. All marketplace-related data in the platform is uploaded by the seller themselves, with their own consent — typically by exporting their own order/payment files from their marketplace seller panel and importing them here. We do not scrape, crawl, or automatically pull data from Meesho or any marketplace, and we do not log in to any marketplace on your behalf. We also do not collect or store end-buyer personal details (such as a customer's name, address or phone number) for marketing or any other purpose. You remain the owner of the data you upload and are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your marketplace's policies and applicable law.
Your information is used solely to operate and support the platform — to run your account, display your dashboards, provide customer support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We also offer an optional Chrome browser extension that helps a logged-in seller work faster on their own online seller panel. This section explains exactly what the extension does with data:
manageorder.in) over an encrypted (HTTPS)
connection, authenticated by a per-seller token. It sends data only to ManageOrder.in — to no other
third party.chrome.storage.local). No browsing data is stored. The extension has one single purpose: helping a seller create and research their own product listings faster on their own seller panel. It has no other function.
When the seller clicks "Generate", the product photo they chose (uploaded in the sidebar or
already present on their own listing page) is sent over HTTPS to manageorder.in, where it is
processed on our server by our AI provider (Google Gemini) solely to
generate that listing's title, description and attribute suggestions. The image is used only for
that generation and is not sold, shared for advertising, or used to train any model by us.
storage — to save the seller's pairing token and small UI preferences
(e.g. sidebar position) locally in the browser.scripting — to open the sidebar when the seller clicks the extension's
toolbar icon on a supported page.supplier.meesho.com, meesho.com,
manageorder.in) — to show the sidebar on the seller panel's listing pages, read the
publicly visible product cards on marketplace pages the seller is already viewing, and to pair the
extension with the seller's own ManageOrder account. The extension does not request access to any
other website.images.meesho.com — this is the marketplace's own
public image CDN. When the seller runs the optional "photo sync" on their own Inventory page,
the extension loads the product thumbnails that are already shown on that page, shrinks each one
in the browser to a very small preview, and saves those previews to the seller's own ManageOrder
account so their dashboard can show the right picture next to each SKU. Only the seller's own product
images are read, only when they start the sync, and it can be turned off at any time.aistudio.google.com or any Google page), runs no script on any Google site, and never
accesses the seller's Google account, email or Drive. The same is true in the ManageOrder Android app: it uses the same server-side AI, requires no API key from the seller, and never accesses any Google account, page, email or Drive.
Sellers can save their standard packaging details (type, unit, length, breadth, height, weight) once in their own ManageOrder account. The extension fills those saved values into the corresponding fields on the seller's own listing form so they do not have to retype them for every product. These are the seller's own business values; no measurement or shipping data is collected from any other source.
The extension's use of information received from Google APIs and of any user data adheres to the
Chrome
Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. In particular:
user data is used only to provide or improve the extension's single, user-facing purpose described
above; it is never sold; it is never transferred to third parties (other than our own server,
manageorder.in, as described above); it is never used for advertising, credit-worthiness or
lending purposes; and humans do not read it except with the seller's consent for support, for
security purposes, or where required by law.
Uninstalling the extension deletes everything it stored in the browser. A seller can also revoke the extension's pairing token at any time from their ManageOrder account (AI Listing page — generate a new Extension Key), which immediately disables the old key. Account data deletion is covered under "Data retention & deletion" below.
The extension is an independent productivity aid for the seller's own account and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any marketplace.
We also offer an optional Android app: a web browser with the same listing-assistant panel built in, for sellers who work from a phone. It runs the same assistant described above, so everything in the section above applies unchanged. In addition:
manageorder.in and the seller-panel pages where the assistant runs; other websites cannot
reach it. Downloads (for example a shipping label PDF) are saved to the device only.manageorder.in; the app verifies each file's SHA-256 checksum before using it, so a bug
fix reaches phone and desktop together. The app is an independent seller productivity tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any marketplace.
When you ask the app to generate a listing, the product photo you choose is sent to the Google Gemini API using your own API key, so that the AI can write the title, description and product details.
ManageOrder is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards — including encrypted (HTTPS/SSL) connections, access controls and secure logins — to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or misuse. See our Data Security page for more.
Users remain responsible for ensuring that any marketplace data entered into the platform is used in accordance with the applicable marketplace's policies and with applicable laws.
We use a small number of cookies to keep you logged in and to remember preferences. See our Cookie Policy for details.
We retain your account and operational data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see below.
You can ask us to delete your ManageOrder account and all data linked to it at any time. Full details — what is deleted, how long it takes, and what we must keep for tax law — are on our Delete Your Account & Data page. In short:
We delete the account, your saved business details and your stored Gemini API key. Marketplace logins are never stored on our servers — they live only in your phone's browser storage and are removed when you uninstall the app or use "Clear cookies & logout all" in the menu.
On our app download page (manageorder.in/app) we ask for your
10-digit Indian mobile number before you download the Android app or open the
Chrome extension. This is the only personal detail we ask for on that page — we do
not ask for your name, email, address or any payment detail, and we do
not send an OTP.
Entering the number is voluntary in the sense that you may simply not use the download page — but the download and extension buttons will not open until a valid number is entered.
This section applies to our website (including the app download page at
manageorder.in/app) — not to the Android app itself, which stores no
analytics, no browsing history and no advertising identifiers.
When you visit our website we may show you ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and measure how those ads perform. For this we use the Meta Pixel — a small piece of code that sets cookies and sends Meta limited event information, for example that a page was viewed or that a download / contact button was clicked, so we can tell which ads led to real interest. We do not send Meta your name, email, phone number, password, or any content you enter — only anonymous event and standard browser information is shared. Meta processes this data under the Meta Privacy Policy.
You stay in control: block cookies in your browser/device settings, use an ad or tracking blocker, or change your Meta ad preferences. Blocking these cookies does not affect your ability to download or use the app. See our Cookie Policy for more.
If you have any complaint or concern about how your personal data is handled, you may contact our Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days, in line with applicable Indian law.
