Delete Your Account & Data

You can ask us to delete your ManageOrder account and everything linked to it at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.

How to request deletion

Send an email from the email address your account is registered with (this is how we confirm the request is really from you) to:

Subject: Delete my ManageOrder account. You do not need to give a reason. If you are signed in to the app, you can also open Menu → Delete my account, which brings you to this page.

What we delete

• Your account and login details.
• Your business details — brand name, manufacturer and packer name, address and pincode.
• Your saved size charts (kids, top-wear and bottom-wear measurements).
• Your saved Google Gemini API key.
• Your saved listing preferences, AI memory and generated listing history.
• Your support tickets and follow-up notes.
• Any product images you synced to your dashboard.

What we never had in the first place

• Your marketplace password. You sign in on the marketplace's own website; we never see, store or submit those credentials.
• Your marketplace session cookies. Those stay on your own device, inside the browser storage, exactly as in any browser. They are removed when you uninstall the app or use "Clear cookies & logout all" in the app menu — we cannot read or delete them for you because they never reach our servers.

How long it takes

We delete your account and the data listed above within 7 days of receiving your request. You will get a confirmation email once it is done.

What we keep, and for how long

If you ever made a payment to us, Indian tax law requires us to keep the invoice and payment record (amount, date, invoice number and the name/GSTIN on the invoice) for 8 financial years. This is a legal obligation and cannot be waived by request. These records are kept only for tax and accounting purposes — they are never used to contact you, profile you, or for any marketing, and the rest of your account is still deleted.
